Counseling Centers

There are a number of counseling centers that advise enthusiastic foreign specialists on how to work and live in Estonia.

Dedicated information and counseling centers, run by the Integration Foundation, are located in Tallinn and Narva, with the aim of facilitating a smoother integration process into Estonian society.

The counseling centers provide integration-related information and guidelines, according to your needs.

Another useful information resource is Innove, which is a government-run, non-profit foundation, with the task of coordinating lifelong learning activities, the development of career services and integration opportunities for non-Estonian-speaking population. Innove runs a network of career centers across Estonia.

EURES Estonia provides guidance and advice on job opportunities as well as information on living and working in Estonia.

All the major universities, including the Tallinn University of Technology, University of Tartu and Tallinn University, also offer career counseling and information about job vacancies and internship opportunities.
