On September 21 – 22, 2017 Tallinn hosts the conference that tackles the issue of talent migration and its central role in countries’ economic competitiveness in the 21st century.
Increasingly mobile migrant workers are important channels through whom the regional economy not only flourishes, but is able to extend its influence globally. The European Migration Network’s (EMN) Annual Conference held in the framework of the Estonian Presidency of the Council of the European Union addresses this topic by examining the current state of labour migration policies and practices in the European Union, encouraging an exchange of ideas between key stakeholders in this field and devising plans to move forward.
