We work for Estonian companies, helping you to find and keep people with exceptional skills from all over the world.
Finding talent
Publish your job ads on workinestonia.com
All the job offers that have been posted in English to the most popular job portals in Estonia (CV Online, CV Keskus, Euraxess Estonia) are automatically fetched to our website.
However, if you have not posted your job offer on any of these portals, please send us a link to your active job offer via e-mail: employers@workinestonia.com and we will post it manually.
Join recruitment & marketing campaigns
We organize global recruitment campaigns to help Estonian companies find new employees from all around the world. All campaigns are done in cooperation with Estonian employers depending on their current needs and interests. Check the video of our latest campaign called Career Hunt Tallinn.
To participate in the next campaigns, please contact us.
Marketing toolkit
Get access to the free marketing materials that help you promote Estonia as a great place to work and live. Toolkit includes tailored marketing messages, testimonial videos with expats living in Estonia, facts and photos, country-specific reports and much more.
Participate in recruitment events abroad
Due to COVID-19 many events are cancelled. We will update the information after the end of emergency situation.
Our team arranges stands and participation at several international tech events together with Estonian companies to recruit ICT specialists from around the globe. For example, in December 2019 we attended Devternity Riga – one of the TOP 3 software conferences in Europe – together with 4 Estonian employers (Proekspert, Microsoft, Devtailor and Genius Sports). Joining the Estonian stand saves you money and raises your company’s chances of standing out from the competition abroad.

Join our joint stand and contact Grete Soares de Camargo for more information:
employers@workinestonia.comRecruit international students in Estonia
We organise recruitment events for international students studying in Estonia to match them with local employers. International students (EU and non-EU) do not need an additional work permit to work while studying full time. As long as work does not interfere with their studies, they can legally work as much as they can! Read more about the next events here.
