The Embassy of the Netherlands in Estonia and Work in Estonia have the pleasure to invite you to a seminar by Yvonne van Hest, Program Director at Brainport Development, on international talent attraction. The seminar is aimed at companies in Estonia that are thinking of already engage in the recruitment of foreign specialists, with the goal of sharing best practices between the Netherlands and Estonia.
During this interactive presentation Ms. Van Hest will share:
- A short introduction about the Brainport Eindhoven region and their collaborative ‘triple helix’ model; cooperation between governments, education and companies
- How the collaborative ‘triple helix’ model of the Brainport Eindhoven region works in attracting international talent and how companies work together in doing this
- What are the Netherlands’ experiences in attracting talent
The seminar part is followed by a practical workshop, led by Work in Estonia, where we hope to come up with new solutions for the implementation of talent attraction in Estonia, based on the examples from the Brainport Eindhoven Region and the Netherlands.

Yvonne van Hest is Program Director at Brainport Development. She is an experienced strategic manager in sales and marketing, specialized in talent attraction & retention, international labour market development & education, strategic business development and program management.
